    Allow Right Click is a lite and multi-browser add-on that lets you unblock the right click operation. Some websites disallow right-clicking on certain elements.     To work with Allow Right Click add-on, simply browse to a website that you want to unblock the right click, text selection, copy and paste, etc. Then, open the toolbar popup and click on the toggle button on the left side. Once the addon is active, the icon turns to green color. Then perform the right click anywhen on the page as you needed. Once you are done, either reload the page or press the toggle button once more. Please note that pressing the toggle button reloads the page automatically to completely deactivate the addon. As mentioned above, besides right click, this addon can allow text selection, and copy & paste operations as well. But this feature is still in beta and may not work properly. Moreover, this addon works in two modes, basic and comprehensive. If you unmark the comprehensive mode from the toolbar popup, it switches back to the basic mode.     To turn off the addon, either reload the active tab or press the toggle button within the toolbar popup. Please note that pressing the toggle button reloads the page automatically to completely deactivates the addon.

    There is a test page provided to test different methods of right-click blocking. Please open the toolbar popup, then click on the top-right button to open the test page. Within the test page, right-click on the designated areas with an orange border to test whether right-click is blocked or allowed in your browser. Do this operation two times, once with the addon enabled and once when the addon is disabled.

  • 7. Can I open page ruler in a blank tab?

    No, the addon is only working on a website with HTTP, HTTPS, or File protocol. It is not working for blank, empty, or extension tabs.

  • 8. How can I revert the page to the original state?

    If you want to disable the addon, please reload the page once. Please note that all the changes made by this addon will be erased as soon as you reload the page (active tab).

  • 9. When I enable the addon, is it working for all tabs or only the active tab?

    This addon is working per tab only. Meaning for each tab you want to allow the right click, please open the toolbar popup, then click on the toggle button once. When you reload the active tab, the addon automatically de-activates.
