3. How to block cryptocoin mining in my computer?
As mentioned above, the first and the most easiest method is using a coin blocker addon (i.e. Block Coin Miners). But if you do not like to install an extension in your browser, you can perform this task by adding certain domain(s) to the - hosts file - in your system. In Linux, please run - sudo nano /etc/hosts - command. Then add 0.0.0.0 code-miner-domain.com to the end of the document. For windows, please navigate to - C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc - and edit the host document to add 0.0.0.0 code-miner-domain.com to the end of the document. Please note that, you need to replace code-miner-domain in the above lines with a desired cryptocoin mining domain.
